Marble questions

Is marble a good choice for a kitchen?

Marble is softer than granite and quartz, and acids like lemon or wine can leave dull marks on a polished surface. Many people love how it ages. If you want the look with less care, ask about quartz or quartzite that look like marble.

Does marble need sealing?

Yes. Sealing helps it resist stains. It does not stop etching from acids, so wipe spills quickly.
